Probate Valuation Services Hainault Essex

Probate Valuation of house contents or property by RICS Valuers: As one of the leading London probate valuation companies, Jeffrey Avery and Associates can provide fully comprehensive house contents valuation for probate and property valuation for probate in Hainault, Essex, and all surrounding areas. Our house contents valuations and property valuations for probate are carried out by qualified RICS valuers, thereby eliminating the risk of investigation by HMRC. With the recent appearance of many companies carrying out valuations by unqualified staff, it is essential for executors to verify that the valuation is carried out by a RICS qualified valuer so as to avoid any risk of penalites being incurred for an inaccurate valuation. Established for over 25 years, we have become one of the most recommended firms of probate valuers in the Hainault area.

I was advised by my solicitor that, to avoid an IHT investigation, I should contact a qualified RICS valuer, to carry out a probate valuation of all the contents of my late father's property, but had no idea where to start. I called Jeffrey Avery and Associates and they arranged for a valuer to visit the property, and within a week I received a full written probate valuation report which was subsequently accepted by HMRC without problems.

I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone in the same situation.

Some interesting facts about Hainault Essex

Hainault is an area in the London Borough of Redbridge, north-east London. It is a suburban development located 12.2 miles (19.6 km) northeast of Charing Cross. The area is divided between cities and Chigwell Ilford IG Post Post [1].

The area is part of the Metropolitan Green Belt and the suburbs of Hainaut is bounded to the east of Hainault Forest Country Park, in open country northward to the border district of Epping Forest Essex.

Hainaut name has been registered as "Hyneholt" in 1239, meaning "monastic forest". It has no relation with the wife of King Edward III, Philippa of Hainaut, even though the current spelling may have the effect of folk etymology.

Hainaut was just inside the urban district of Ilford Essex, [2] almost on the border of Chigwell Urban District. [3] In 1965, all Ilford Urban District with an area of 81 acres (0.3 km2) of Chigwell Urban District in the vicinity of Hainault were transferred to form the London Borough of Redbridge in Greater London, collaboration with other sectors namely Wanstead and Woodford and part of the expanding urban district of Dagenham Hainault Forest. The population of the region was transferred from Chigwell 7071 in 1961 [3].

Urban development began after August 22, 1856, when Great Eastern Railway built a line between Stratford and Loughton. From this line at Woodford Junction, opened in 1903 a loop line in Ilford. Hainault is a station on that line.

Although we had hoped that the housing development would result from the construction of the railway, it was a long time to come. For some time Hainault station was closed in 1908, five years after opening, the development began in the 1920s and the station was reopened later in 1930. Following the London Passenger Transport Board, New Works Programme 1935-1940 (not completed until 1948 because of World War II) was purchased online from their customers and converted for use by London Underground trains . At this point, Hainaut suburbs has been completed.
